A five-day PROUT Utilization Training Camp (UTC) was organized in Sambalpur, Odisha from 9 to 13 May 2026 under the banner of . The camp brought together social activists, youth leaders, intellectuals, and PROUT supporters from different regions to discuss socio-economic transformation based on the Progressive Utilization Theory (PROUT).
The training sessions focused on decentralized economy, cooperative systems, socio-economic democracy, ethical leadership, sustainable development, and balanced utilization of resources. Speakers emphasized the importance of creating self-reliant local economies and strengthening moral leadership for social progress.
Participants attended workshops, group discussions, and interactive sessions aimed at understanding practical applications of PROUT in present-day society. Cultural programmes and community-building activities were also organized during the camp.
Organizers stated that the objective of the camp was to spread awareness about PROUT’s vision of an exploitation-free society and to encourage constructive social initiatives at the grassroots level.
The camp concluded with a collective resolve to work for social justice, economic decentralization, and universal welfare through cooperative efforts and ethical values.
