Shri Pradyumn Narayan Singh was declared President of the Proutist Sarva Samaj, a registered political party of India, on October 25, 2025. He assumed his position as President on the same day.. President shri Pradyumn Narayan Singh nominated the office bearers of the National executive Committee of the Proutist Sarva Samaj on October 29, 2025 as per Section 12 II. (c) of the Constitution of Proutist Sarva Samaj.

Structure of PSS

 

The Proutist Sarva Samaj dont consider the world into coninents and countries, there should be no boundaries or passport Visa system.

It considers the entire world population to be residing  into 9 sectors. Lile Delhi sector, Kahira sector, Manila sector, Hongkong sector etc etc.

We in this website will discuss India which is a part of Delhi Sector, having its population residing in 44 samaj.

Each samaj is further contains many district, which further has blocks. blocks consists of Panchayat, and Panchayat consists of Units. Unit is the situated at the final end in this structure.

The Proutist Sarvasamaj Samiti (PSS) shall consist of the following bodies:

c. Panchayat executive committee
d. Unit executive committee
